1. Medical Disclaimer & Scope of Practice Boundaries

True Nature Integrative Wellness provides two distinct operational pathways: licensed clinical care and non-clinical public health educational consulting.

• Naturopathic Medical Services (Washington State Only): Dr. Olivia Shelton, ND, MPH, is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the State of Washington. Clinical medical services, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription authority are strictly limited to individuals physically located within the State of Washington who have formally established a doctor-patient relationship through a signed clinical intake, platform onboarding, and explicit clinical informed consent executed within our HIPAA-compliant client portal.

• Public Health Consulting & Educational Offerings: For individuals residing or located outside of Washington State, or for clients (including Washington residents) choosing to engage in health educational consults, memberships, educational materials, or curated wellness packages (including Aurora, Superbloom, Chrysalis, and Bioluminescence), services are strictly limited to Public Health Consulting, lifestyle assessment, and health education. These consulting services:

  • Do not constitute the practice of medicine or nursing.

  • Do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any disease or medical condition.

  • Do not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

• General Informational Purpose: All content on this Site—including graphics, text, program modules, audio, video, and downloadable resources—is for educational purposes only and should never replace tailored advice from your personal physician. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

By using this Site or purchasing Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials created for program or membership access and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Program Enrollments, Payments, & Financial Terms

• Pricing & Billing: Prices for consultations, memberships, and packages are listed on the Site or provided via custom invoices. You agree to provide accurate, complete billing details and authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for all incurred fees.

• Subscriptions & Recurring Payments: Memberships (e.g., The Treehouse / The Canopy) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis will automatically renew using the payment method on file until canceled in accordance with our cancellation terms.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital, custom, and proprietary nature of our educational curricula, packages, and consulting containers, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to materials, portals, or consulting hours has been granted, except as explicitly required by law or outlined in a specific signed client service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on the Site and within our programs—including, but not limited to, curricula, educational modules, graphics, branding, text, logos, worksheets, audio recordings, and visual layouts—are the exclusive intellectual property of Olivia Shelton, ND, MPH, PLLC and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: Enrolling in a program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view and use materials for your personal, non-commercial education.

• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or commercially exploit any program content or site materials without prior express written consent from Olivia Shelton, ND, MPH, PLLC.

5. Client Conduct & Community Guidelines

When participating in interactive features, member forums, or group program spaces, you agree to:

• Maintain a respectful, supportive tone. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access to community spaces or programs without refund for users who violate these standards.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
